Refund policy

At Luvano Living, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect selection of size, color, or style, or buyer's remorse. We encourage you to review product details, dimensions, and images carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

The only exception to this policy is if your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered. In that case, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at luvanoliving@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will evaluate the case and arrange a replacement or repair as appropriate.

Please double-check your shipping address, product selection, and order details before completing checkout, as orders cannot be modified or cancelled once confirmed.
